About the Conference
The 3rd International Conference on Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Strategies (CAIS) is a global event specialized in discussing the latest developments and strategies related to two of the most advanced and interesting fields today: Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity. The conference seeks to enhance the in-depth understanding of contemporary challenges in the field of digital security and provide innovative solutions through artificial intelligence technologies, allowing academics, researchers and practitioners the opportunity to communicate, exchange ideas and collaborate to enhance the security of digital systems and innovate smart applications that contribute to protecting privacy and achieving data integrity.
It is planned to publish the proceedings with Springer in their Communications in Computer and Information Science series. CCIS is abstracted/indexed in DBLP, Google Scholar, EI-Compendex, Mathematical Reviews, SCImago, Scopus. CCIS volumes are also submitted for the inclusion in ISI Proceedings (final approval pending).
Vision
The vision of the conference is to establish a deep knowledge base that combines artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, with the aim of enhancing digital security and providing innovative technical solutions, which contributes to achieving a safe and sustainable technical environment that relies on artificial intelligence as an effective means to address modern electronic challenges.
Objectives
The conference aims to enhance academic and industrial cooperation in the fields related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, as it seeks to present the latest research and practical applications concerned with digital security and privacy protection. The conference also aims to support the exchange of ideas and experiences in areas such as encryption, key management, and network security, and to provide in-depth studies on the use of artificial intelligence in the fields of natural language processing, computer vision, and machine learning methods to enhance security.
Organizing body
Al-Mansour University College (MUC) (lead organizer): MUC is the principal organizer of the 3rd International Conference on Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence Strategies (CAIS-26). MUC is a respected higher education institution committed to advancing scientific research and fostering cooperation between academia and industry in fields including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. This role reflects the college’s mission to support innovation, knowledge exchange, and capacity building within Iraq and the broader scientific community.
Systems (Zesys), (a partner): the Center for the Advancement of Embedded Systems (often associated with Zesys) is an organization focused on embedded systems research, education, and technology innovation. It works to advance hardware-software integration, support smart system development, and foster industry-academia collaboration. Its partnership with CAIS-26 strengthens the conference’s technical scope, particularly in areas where cybersecurity intersects with intelligent and embedded computing technologies.
Iraqi Association for Libraries and Information (Partner): the Iraqi Association for Libraries and Information is a professional society dedicated to supporting library and information science in Iraq. The group brings together specialists in information management, documentation, and librarianship to promote best practices, professional development, and collaboration across educational and research institutions. Their involvement in CAIS-26 underscores the importance of information access and management in academic and technical research contexts.
National Islamic Bank (Sponsor): National Islamic Bank (NIB) is a private Islamic financial institution in Iraq licensed by the Iraqi Central Bank, providing a wide range of Sharia-compliant banking services to individuals and businesses.
